S-Co believes firmly that business is built on relationships. As such, We prioritize our partners have easy and quick access to team members that can give them answers to their questions, not the runaround. As such, we have included direct contact information for our team members in their bio. We also believe that our team members are more than just their title; they're people who have lives, families, hobbies, and faiths that define them and are the reason they work so hard to make your project a success. 

Randy Sigford, President

Randy Sigford got his start in the construction industry over 30 years ago starting at the ground level and working his way up to the General Superintendent of Operations before founding S-Co. Randy's experience in construction encompasses all phases of construction operations management with experience ranging from equipment operator to training and decades of experience that allows him to fulfill his commitment to ensuring jobs under his supervision are completed on time, under budget, and in a manner that is safe for all that are present on the job site.

JT Sigford, Vice-President, Superintendent

JT Sigford started working a full-time job while completing a home school high school level curriculum, getting real world experience as a laborer in 2007 where his talents and work ethic were quickly noticed and rewarded with training in a variety of trades that allowed him to begin remodel work on a number of properties. In 2008, JT had his first experience in the general contracting realm by becoming an equipment operator and working on asphalt and concrete crews before moving on to install septic systems. JT's first experience in management came as a plant manager overseeing three employees from 2013-2016 before moving on to co-found S-co where he was able to fully utilize his ability to think quickly and adapt to job site conditions to ensure that he maintained a lean, safe, and effective crew that led S-Co to success.

Jimmy Sigford, Superintendent

Jimmy Sigford has spent the last 10 years as a concrete superintendent for a general contractor in the Bryan/College Station area before coming on board at S-Co. In that time, Jimmy was developing and honing the skills that allowed him to become an incredibly efficient manager who lives by the philosophy of not asking his crews to do something he isn't able or willing to do himself. Jimmy has experience in everything from building new subdivisions to rehabilitating sidewalks and roads that required a more conservative approach. In the course of his duties, Jimmy developed an aptitude for interfacing with inspectors, engineers, and owners to ensure that the job was built right the first time, within budget, and on schedule

Jacob Hutchinson, Project Manager

Jacob Hutchinson started his career as an Aerospace Ground Equipment technician in the United States Air Force at Edwards Air Force Base in Southern California. After five years working on an active flight line, Jacob was selected to teach the next generation of Airmen at Sheppard Air Force Base. After nearly a decade of military service, Jacob chose to hang up the uniform and separate from the Air Force to spend more time with his wife and two young sons. Jacob's experience running maintenance floors on the flight line coupled with his time managing and anticipating the needs of students as an instructor has given him the experience and tools needed to effectively manage and oversee a variety of operations for S-Co.

Randy Coker, Estimator

Randy Coker started his construction career over 50 years ago as a draftsman/surveyor with a combat engineer group while serving in the U.S. Army. After his discharge from the military Randy enrolled at Texas A&M University to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering. While at Texas A&M Randy worked as a party chief on a survey crew doing both boundary surveying and construction surveying for subdivisions through out Brazos County. In 1982 Randy was hired by the Morrison-Knudsen Corporation as a surveyor for a newly opened lignite mine. Over the next 18 years, Randy worked his way up to a Coal/Dragline Superintendent in Texas, Montana, and the former East Germany. In 1999 Randy returned to Texas and went to work in the construction business as a superintendent building roads, highways, and subdivisions, including asphalt, concrete, and utilities, eventually working his way up to General Superintendent. Randy retired in 2013 due to health reasons, but joined S-Co in 2020 as an estimator for S-Co.

Matthew Watson, Estimator

Matthew Watson graduated high school and pursued college coursework before transitioning to a sales role at a lumber company in 2012 where he worked for 12 years. There he learned how to perform take-offs for customers, estimating what material they would need for construction projects ranging from a picket fence up to a complete house. He also specialized in special-order materials, leveraging his robust knowledge of product availability and application to meet customer needs. Matthew's experience as a sales rep translated naturally into identifying project roadblocks such as long lead items, the need to coordinate with other entities, and developed an attention to detail that is absolutely essential for accurate project estimation. He went to work for S-Co in 2024 where he applies his master of take-offs and estimation to present accurate and complete estimates for any project that comes across his desk.

Lorrie Sigford, Office Administrator

Lorrie Sigford graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2000 with a bachelor's degree majoring in psychology and minoring in sociology. In 2001 she went to work for American Plant Food Corporation. She worked in the office for 19 years doing billing for five of the company's blending facilities. In April of 2022 she went to work for S-Co in the office. Some of her office tasks include payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as HR activities and other tasks as needed.
