East Fork SUD FM 2276 (2023)
S-Co completed directional bores utilizing fusible 1,100 linear feet of 8” HDPE and tie on to multiple existing lines.
East Fork SUD 12" Water Line Relocation - County Line Road (2024)
S-Co installed over 2,000 linear feet of water line via open cut, directional bore, and auger bore prior to tying into existing water lines and abandoning aging lines.
East Fork SUD 12" Water Line Extension From Elm Grove to Pleasant Valley Road (2025-2026)
S-Co Installed over 4,000 Linear Feet of 12” waterline via open cut, directional bore, and auger bore. This project included auger bores in TxDOT and NTMWD right of ways.
City of Rockdale DWSRF Water Distribution System Improvements Phase 1 (2024)
S-Co installed 9,545 linear feet of water line by open cut, 1,305 linear feet by directional bore, and coordinated the removal and disposal of 4,534 linear feet of asbestos cement pipe in accordance with applicable state laws.
City of Rockdale Pipe Bursting Miscellaneous Project (2025)
S-Co was approached to complete 300 linear feet of 6” to 6” pipe bursting for the city of Rockdale, replacing failing clay sanitary sewer pipe with HDPE DR-17 pipe.
City of Rockdale Downtown Sidewalk Rehabilitation (2025-2026
S-Co removed and replaced 709 square yards of sidewalk and 446 SY of driveways in a historic area of downtown Rockdale, while concurrently laying 1,790 linear feet of electrical conduit and installing 18 electrical handholes for future lamp post placement.
City of Mabank Pipe Bursting (2025)
S-Co completed 1,942 linear feet of 8” and 10” HDPE by static pipe burst and the removal and replacement of 7 manholes to rehabilitate the Water Treatment Plant Waste Discharge Line for the City of Mabank.
New Sewer Line & Force Main Replacement for Abbott I.S.D. (2023)
S-Co completed the replacement of 435 linear feet of force main, 490 linear feet of sewer line, as well as replace a manhole for the City of Abbott. Due to extenuating circumstances regarding other contractors, S-Co was able to reach final completion in under 45 calendar days at the request of the city to avoid costly delays and conflicts with the school district.
City of Azle Emergency Water Line Bore (2024)
S-Co was contracted by the City of Azle to complete a 422 linear foot water line bore underneath a TxDOT highway to facilitate an emergency repair of an 8” water line.
City of Granger Water System Improvements Phase 1 & 2
S-Co rehabilitated the water system of the City of Granger by replacing 4,226 linear feet of water line. This project also included the completion of a 290 LF pilot tube guided auger bore beneath two UPRR railroad tracks at a depth of 30’. This required immense coordination between S-Co, Rail Pros flaggers, and precise shoring before the bore even began.
